Graduate Investment and Growth Executive Family Office · Full-time Remote UK base

with extensive International Travel - including Silicon Valley, Europe, Hong Kong

Reports to: Head of Growth

You will be working in this highly successful private investment office with a 50-year track record of identifying and investing in new business areas at the beginning of structural waves – getting in early, before anybody else. Our current projects include robotic construction, P2P predictions and AI treasury. We are a small founding team, and you will work directly with the principals across the portfolio.

The role

This is a hands-on graduate role for someone at the start of their career who wants to learn how new businesses are identified, built and grown – from the people who have done it for five decades. You will be focused on our latest projects, supporting business development, investor communications and growth.

You will move between projects as priorities shift: researching new markets, preparing materials for investors and partners, coordinating between teams in different countries, and helping take ideas from first conversation to launched business.

What you'll own

  • Research and analysis. Market research on new sectors, competitors and structural trends, turned into clear, concise briefs the principals can act on.
  • Investor and partner materials. Preparing decks, one-pagers and follow-up documents to the standard a family office and its counterparties expect.
  • Business development support. Tracking pipelines, scheduling and preparing meetings, and following up so opportunities keep moving.
  • Coordination. Keeping projects joined up across time zones, teams and advisers – including travel to Silicon Valley, Hong Kong and elsewhere as projects require.
  • Growth execution. Supporting launches and go-to-market work across the portfolio, learning by doing alongside experienced operators.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What this role is not

Strategy and investment decisions sit with the principals – you'll have real input, but part of the job is executing direction faithfully. This is not just a desk-bound analyst role: expect to travel, meet people and get involved in the practical work of building businesses.

Who we're looking for

We're hiring on curiosity, work ethic and potential, not certificates. Show us:

  • Sharp and organised. You can juggle several workstreams, keep track of the details and never let things slip.
  • Clear writer. Plain English – short sentences, no jargon – in emails, briefs and decks.
  • Commercially curious. Genuinely interested in how businesses and investments work; interest in new technology essential – we'll teach you the substance.
  • Good in the room. Personable and professional with some of the world's smartest investors, partners and founders.
  • Ready to travel. UK-based, with a passport ready – extensive international travel is core to the role.
  • Coachable. Direct, frequent feedback from experienced principals should excite you, not worry you.
  • Skilled in AI. We are an AI-native office and welcome the extra output and quality it delivers – show us how you use it day-to-day.
