What You’ll Be Doing
Working alongside experienced investment professionals, you will gain exposure to a broad range of investment and client-focused activities, including:
- Supporting senior investment managers with portfolio research and analysis
- Assisting with market research, performance reporting and investment reviews
- Preparing investment summaries, reports and financial documentation
- Monitoring global financial markets and identifying emerging trends
- Supporting client meetings and communications alongside experienced advisors
- Developing an understanding of investment strategies and portfolio construction
- Learning about UK financial services regulation, compliance and best practice
- Building your commercial and client-management skills as your experience develops
This is a hands-on career opportunity. You won’t simply be observing from the sidelines — you’ll develop practical knowledge and gain exposure to the day-to-day world of investment management.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for ambitious graduates and early-career professionals who want to build something long-term.
You should have:
- A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and numerical ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Previous investment management experience is not required.

Year 2 — Investment Management Associate

Year 3 — Assistant Investment Manager
Progress into a more senior position with increased responsibility for investment analysis, client relationships and portfolio activity.
Year 4+ — Investment Manager
