Job Description
Location: Hams Hall, Birmingham (with travel to other Arvato UK sites as required)
Salary: £30,000 p.a
Contract: 18 month Graduate Programme
Hours: Full-time 40 hours, Monday to Friday

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, curious and ambitious IT Graduate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work alongside experienced professionals and build a long-term career within a growing international business.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our IT team, you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of technologies and projects, including:
- Providing first and second-line IT support to colleagues across the business.
- Supporting warehouse systems, SAP and business-critical applications.
- Assisting with infrastructure, networking and hardware deployments.
- Working on exciting IT and digital transformation projects.
- Supporting system upgrades, testing and implementations.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and identifying root causes.
- Working with operational teams to understand business requirements and recommend technology solutions.
- Assisting with reporting, system documentation and process improvements.
- Learning from experienced IT professionals through structured mentoring and on-the-job training.
There will be travel involved in this role for training and development purposes. This could be up to a month at a time.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about technology and eager to learn.
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 and networking fundamentals.
- An interest in databases, cloud technologies, SAP or warehouse management systems would be advantageous.
Previous work experience isn’t essential—we’re looking for potential, enthusiasm and a genuine interest in developing a career in IT.
