About HAIDI
HAIDI is the AI revenue intelligence platform built for hospitality operators; think of us as the co-pilot that tells hospitality teams exactly what to do to sell more, every single day. We're pre-seed, live with real operators, and about to raise our next round. Join now and you're not employee 200, you're one of the first five.
The Role
This is about building, not maintaining. Your focus is developing the product further: new integrations and, first and foremost, our AI bots. Everything else comes second.
What you'll actually do:
- Ship new AI-bot features that plug straight into our product
- Build and maintain integrations across our stack: Next.js, TypeScript, tRPC and drizzle-orm on Postgres
- Work with Redis and Elasticsearch, our primary means of accessing booking data
- Get hands-on with our deployment setup on Render, with AWS services (Pulumi, SQS, SES, S3) alongside it
- Work directly with our CTO. No large team to get lost in, no queue behind five senior engineers
- This is part time interim role for 6 months, with a genuine view to extend

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
