About the Company

Our client is a specialist prediction markets trading firm, operating at the frontier of financial markets in partnership with major institutional players. They are building the premier prediction market platform, empowering traders to take positions on real-world events and generating market-driven forecasts for decision makers. The engineering and operations teams are lean, highly skilled, and building infrastructure and processes that operate at genuine exchange scale.

The Role

As Market Operations Associate you will provide real-time support to clients and key internal stakeholders, helping to maintain a fair and orderly market and monitoring the stability of the firm's trading systems. You will work directly with clients, engineers, product managers and executive leaders to resolve mission-critical questions as they arise.

This role suits someone adaptive, highly empathetic and motivated to learn, who takes the initiative to understand partners' priorities and guide their adoption of the firm's trading, clearing and data services. You will work in-person hybrid from the Belfast office, on a shift pattern that runs Thursday through Sunday, so weekend working is a core part of this role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
