Graduate Account Manager – Municipal Wastewater (Field-Based, Southern England)
Ideally living in the South/South East or South Coast UK
This role involves regular travel across the South, Southeast, and South Coast, including regular travel and occasional overnight stays.

Solenis is seeking an ambitious and motivated Graduate Account Manager, ideally living in the South/South East or South Coast UK to join our Municipal Wastewater team. As part of a structured development journey, you'll receive training, support, and hands-on experience working alongside industry experts while building your own portfolio of customers across Southern England.

As the face of Solenis within your territory, you'll help municipal wastewater customers improve performance, meet sustainability goals, and solve operational challenges.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn, enjoy building relationships, and want to make a positive environmental impact.
Essential
- A degree (or expected degree) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Water Science, Biology, or another related scientific discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and willingness to take ownership.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning both technical and commercial aspects of the business.
- A customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- A willingness to travel extensively across the South of England, including overnight stays.
- A valid UK driving license
Desirable
- Industrial placement, internship, or work experience in a technical, engineering, environmental, or customer-facing role.
- Knowledge of water treatment, environmental services, or wastewater processes.
- Leadership experience gained through university projects, societies, sports teams, or volunteering activities.
