Due to the growth of our Landscape Architecture team, we are looking to appoint creative and ambitious Graduate Landscape Architects as part of our thriving Leicester and London offices.
Our team of Landscape Architects are passionate about designing healthy and sustainable spaces that are inclusive for everyone. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to progress their career, working on innovative schemes across diverse sectors, including public realm, residential, education, custodial, defence, and healthcare.
Responsibilities
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Senior Landscape Architects in designing landscape projects and attending site visits to observe designs being implemented.
- Preparing reports, including design and construction specifications for hard and soft landscaping.
- Assisting with cost estimates for landscape elements.
- Collaborating closely with the Landscape Team and other disciplines within the practice.
- Working under a supportive lead committed to your professional growth and development.
- Working towards chartered status, supported by mentors, workshops, and seminars aligned to the chartership process.
- Compliance with Health & Safety requirements, practices, and procedures.
Development

Requirements
Our ideal Graduate Landscape Architect will have:
- A Degree/MSc in Landscape Architecture.
- Excellent clarity and confidence in communication; writing, drawing, on screen and in person.
- Competent using (AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop or Sketchup).
- Able to work collaboratively with all team members, with the ability to work independently with at times, with limited supervision.
- Be self-motivated, friendly, efficient and have an enthusiastic attitude.
- Good knowledge of plants and construction materials.
