Graduate / Entry-Level | Full Training Provided

Your first job after university shouldn't feel like a waiting room. You’ve spent years learning. Now it’s time to actually use it.

At Bespoke, we’re building a growing business in Newcastle — and we’re looking for graduates who want to be part of that growth rather than simply find a job to fill the gap between university and whatever comes next.

This is a real role from day one. You’ll be working with people, taking on responsibility, working towards targets and learning how different parts of a growing business operate. And you won’t be expected to figure it all out alone. You’ll have one-to-one mentorship, structured training and regular feedback from experienced members of the team.

What will you actually be doing?

The programme gives you practical experience across customer engagement, marketing, business development and team operations. You’ll learn how to:

  • Build strong relationships with customers and clients
  • Communicate with different personalities and adapt your approach
  • Understand customer needs and find the right solutions
  • Work towards individual and team targets
  • Handle questions, objections and challenges professionally
  • Develop commercial and business awareness
  • Support team performance and take on increasing responsibility
  • Develop your leadership and decision-making skills
  • Learn how a growing business operates beyond your individual role

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

It's hands-on from the start. You'll learn by doing, not just by watching.

Who are we looking for?

We’re not looking for someone with a perfect CV. We’re looking for someone with potential. You might be someone who:

  • Takes pride in doing things properly
  • Enjoys working with people
  • Communicates confidently and listens well
  • Takes responsibility rather than waiting to be chased
  • Stays positive when things don't go according to plan
  • Thinks about solutions instead of dwelling on problems
  • Is ambitious but understands that good results come from consistent effort
  • Wants to develop professionally and personally
  • Enjoys being part of a team and contributing to its success

Previous experience isn't essential. Attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn matter more.

What do you get in return?

  • Performance-based weekly bonuses: Your performance can be recognised throughout the year, not just during an annual review.
  • Clear progression structure: You'll know what you're working towards and have the opportunity to take on more responsibility as you develop.
  • One-to-one mentorship: Regular support and guidance from experienced members of the team.
  • Leadership & business development: Develop practical skills that go beyond your first role and build a strong foundation for your career.
  • Networking & travel opportunities: Opportunities to meet people from across the industry and take part in incentive trips and events.
  • Recognition & incentives: Exclusive dinners, team events and additional incentives for strong performance.
  • A growing team: You'll be joining a diverse, ambitious team where your contribution can genuinely make a difference.

Why Bespoke?

We're still growing. That means there's room to make an impact, take ownership and develop alongside the business. We don't expect everyone to arrive knowing exactly where they want their career to go. What matters is that you're willing to learn, take feedback, put the work in and make the most of the opportunities in front of you. For the right person, this can be the start of something much bigger than a graduate job.

Ready to get started?

If you're looking for your first serious career opportunity in Newcastle and want to learn, earn, take responsibility and grow, we'd like to hear from you.
