Are you a recent graduate looking for a career where your ambition directly impacts your success? The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive structured training before managing your own specialist legal market.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with solicitors, partners and legal professionals.
- Managing recruitment processes from initial briefing through to offer acceptance (Starting as a 180 and growing into a 360 consultant)
- Writing professional candidate profiles and job advertisements.
- Becoming a market expert within your specialist legal sector.

What We're Looking For
We're interested in ambitious individuals who enjoy building relationships and are motivated by success. You'll ideally have:
- A degree (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence speaking with professionals over the phone and face-to-face.
- A proactive, resilient and positive attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in people.
- Previous recruitment or sales experience is beneficial but certainly not essential.
