Why InPost?

At InPost, we do things differently.

You'll join a supportive team where your ideas matter, your development is prioritised and your work creates real-world impact.

Every locker you help deploy brings us one step closer to our mission of bringing freedom to anyone with a parcel.

And because you’ll be involved from planning through to installation, you’ll be able to see exactly how your work contributes to the bigger picture.

What you'll be doing

You'll be helping deliver one of the UK's fastest-growing locker networks by coordinating projects from planning through to installation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You’ll take ownership of projects, coordinate different teams and help turn plans into live locker locations. You’ll learn from experienced colleagues while building your skills in project management, stakeholder management, operations and problem-solving.

You will:

  • Support the delivery of new parcel locker installations across London and beyond, helping to grow our nationwide network.
  • Take ownership of projects from planning through to installation, with guidance and support from experienced colleagues.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, Field Engineering and other teams to coordinate activities, solve problems and keep projects on track.
  • Build strong relationships with landlords, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on time.
  • Visit live installation sites to see your projects come to life, support contractor audits and gain valuable hands-on experience.
  • Analyse site and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and help make our deployment processes even more efficient.
  • Learn how to manage competing priorities, communicate effectively with stakeholders and deliver projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Explore how technology and AI can improve the way we work, bringing fresh ideas that help drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Develop the confidence to make informed decisions, take initiative and contribute to the growth of our business from the very beginning of your career.
  • Most importantly, you’ll learn how to move a project forward when things don’t go exactly to plan — adapting, finding solutions and keeping people informed along the way.

What we need from you:

  • A minimum 2:1 degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Business, Geography, Project Management, Operations, Engineering or another related subject (we're open to all degree disciplines if you have a genuine interest in operations).
  • Love solving problems.
  • Enjoy working with people and building relationships.
  • Stays organised when priorities change.
  • Takes initiative instead of waiting to be asked.
  • Is naturally curious and always looking to learn.
  • Can balance attention to detail with seeing the bigger picture.
  • Enjoys getting out from behind a desk and seeing projects in action.
  • Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change and no two projects are the same.
  • Is confident communicating with different people, from internal teams to external partners and contractors.
