Permanent role: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
We are seeking an ambitious and analytical Logistics Graduate to join our Transport Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to gain practical experience in transport management, planning, data analysis and continuous improvement within one of the UK's leading agricultural businesses.
Working closely with experienced colleagues across the business, you will gain exposure to all aspects of transport operations while contributing to projects that improve efficiency, performance and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support transport planning activities across Great Britain.
- Assist with the management of inbound and outbound bulk, liquid and bagged commodities.
- Analyse transport performance data including OTIF, fleet efficiency and mileage metrics.
- Develop and improve reporting and planning tools.
- Monitor and report on departmental KPIs.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance.

About You
- Degree qualified in Logistics, Business, Business Management, Economics or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI would be advantageous.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Driven, proactive and committed to personal development.
