Graduate Management Trainee – Glasgow
Location: Glasgow
Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Saturdays are optional) - Face-to-Face Role

At Aura Connections, we believe in empowering individuals through effective communication and results-driven strategies. We're seeking ambitious graduates to join our Glasgow team as a Graduate Management Trainee. We believe Connection, Conversion, and Conversations matter the most.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Develop strategic plans to uncover and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and customers.
  • Develop fundamentals of sales, recruitment, and leadership training.

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
