Role Description
We are recruiting results-driven Management Trainees on the fast track to become Subject Leaders covering three high-demand segments:
- Lower Primary (Reception to Year 2, our highest-volume priority)
- Upper Primary (Year 3 to Year 6)
- Secondary (Year 7 to Year 11)
The core mandate of this role is to drive scalable, sustainable enrollment growth for your respective segment, while building the segment’s long-term operational and academic delivery capacity.
What You Will Do
Lead Enrollment Growth (Core Priority)
- Own end-to-end growth targets for your assigned math segment: design conversion-focused course positioning, trial class frameworks, and seasonal enrollment campaigns aligned to UK school calendars
- Collaborate with marketing and user operations teams to optimize customer acquisition channels, improve trial-to-paid conversion rates, and identify unmet student/parent demand to launch tailored course offerings
- For the high-priority Lower Primary segment, you will lead rapid iteration of growth playbooks to scale with the surging local market demand

Build Academic & Operational Delivery Capacity
- Work with our curriculum design and teacher teams to ensure course content aligns with the UK National Curriculum and local student learning needs, supporting consistent teaching quality as enrollment scales
- Design student progression pathways to boost retention, positive learning outcomes, and parent satisfaction across your segment
- Establish data-driven operational mechanisms to track enrollment, conversion, retention, and student performance metrics, adjusting strategies in real time to hit targets
Leadership Development as a Management Trainee
- Complete a structured rotation across growth, curriculum, teaching operations, and user success teams to gain a 360-degree view of our UK online education business
- Receive 1:1 mentorship from senior regional leadership, with clear milestones to prepare you for full Subject Lead responsibilities

What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or above from a top university, with strong academic credentials in math or a math-related field; familiarity with the UK K-12 education system or National Curriculum is a strong plus
- Proven track record of driving user growth, commercial performance or project delivery in education, consumer internet or related sectors – fresh graduates with exceptional leadership potential and demonstrable initiative are also welcome to apply
- Strong data literacy: able to extract actionable insights from performance metrics to iterate strategies
- Excellent cross-team communication and project management skills, with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset to thrive in a fast-growing startup environment
- Fluency in English; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is an advantage for cross-regional team collaboration
