About Us
Relay Direct is one of the UK’s fast-growing face-to-face sales and marketing companies, representing major brands through customer-focused B2B, B2C and event campaigns. We are looking for a Graduate Management Trainee who wants to develop leadership skills through real responsibility, practical experience and measurable performance.

Once those standards are demonstrated consistently, your development can expand into coaching, planning and team support.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage directly with customers through face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns
- Complete structured training in sales, customer acquisition and campaign delivery
- Learn how performance targets, campaign results and customer feedback are monitored
- Build practical experience in lead generation, customer engagement and sales
- Take on additional responsibilities as agreed performance standards are achieved
- Support and mentor new team members as your experience develops
- Progress towards coordinating campaign activity and taking on team leadership responsibilities

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
