Graduate Management Trainee | Watford | Full-Time | Immediate Start
We're looking for ambitious, motivated graduates and career starters to join our growing team in Watford. You'll gain hands-on experience representing established UK brands while developing valuable commercial and leadership skills.
If you're confident, enjoy working with people, and want a role where your performance determines your success, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Represent established UK brands and engage directly with customers through face-to-face interactions
- Build strong customer and business relationships
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Contribute to campaign success while achieving individual and team targets

What We're Looking For
- Ambitious, driven, and eager to build a long-term career
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with people
- Positive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or similar roles is beneficial but not essential
- 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
