Role Description
The Graduate Management Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The trainee will rotate across core commercial and leadership functions, supporting sales campaigns, engaging with customers, and representing client brands in line with agreed standards. Qualifications
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and commercial operations, with the ability to quickly learn new concepts and apply them in real-world settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including confident presentation, active listening, and professional client-facing behavior.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort working with performance data, targets, and basic reporting tools.
- Demonstrated teamwork, adaptability, and resilience in fast-paced environments, with a proactive and accountable work ethic.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, management, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Motivation to build a leadership career, with openness to coaching, feedback, and performance-based progression.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom and availability for full-time on-site work in the London Area.
