- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building trusted, long-term relationships
- Support in the planning and delivery of tailored marketing campaigns aligned with client objectives
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, turning data into clear insights and recommendations
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to strengthen campaign strategy and client outcomes
- Manage communications, ensuring queries are handled promptly and professionally
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging practices to add strategic value.
