Program Overview

Over the course of the program, you will undergo a structured rotational journey across core business functions, including:

  • Technical Support – Gain hands-on experience in understanding our products and solutions from the ground up, while developing strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
  • Product Management – Dive into product strategy, life-cycle management, and cross-functional collaboration, learning how to align product offerings with market demands.
  • Channel Sales – Build commercial acumen by working closely with channel partners, understanding customer needs, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Regional Mobility

As part of this program, you may be required to rotate across different locations within Europe. This regional mobility component is designed to expose you to diverse markets, cultures, and business practices, ensuring you develop a truly international perspective.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Recent graduates (Bachelor's or Master's degree) with a strong academic track record
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are highly advantageous
  • Demonstrated leadership potential through extracurricular activities, internships, or previous work experience
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability and willingness to relocate within Europe during the program
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in technology and business
