Graduate Management Trainee – Paid Training

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, target-driven, and personable Graduate Management Trainee to join our fast-growing, results-oriented team in Liverpool City. Key Responsibilities
- Complete structured training and mentorship programmes to build core leadership and management competencies
- Work towards individual and team performance targets and KPIs
- Develop strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Apply and refine communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in a live business setting
- Take on increasing responsibility and accountability as skills and experience grow
- Contribute to a high-performance, results-driven culture

Candidate Preferences
- Previous experience in a customer-facing, sales, retail, hospitality, or service-industry role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach to work
- Self-motivated with a genuine drive for performance-based and target-driven work
- Strong work ethic, time management, and organisational skills
- Open to coaching, feedback, and continuous professional development
- No specific degree required — transferable skills, ambition, and a growth mindset are key
