Role Description
The Graduate Management Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Edinburgh. The trainee will rotate across key business functions such as marketing, sales, and operations to gain a comprehensive understanding of how Caledonia Group delivers growth for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting campaign planning, assisting with customer acquisition activities, analyzing performance data, and contributing to client presentations and reports. The role also involves learning to manage projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and participating in training sessions focused on leadership, commercial awareness, and client relationship management. This position is designed to develop future leaders who can take on increasing responsibility and contribute to strategic decision-making over time.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and present ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort working with data, identifying trends, and proposing practical solutions.
- Interest in marketing, sales, and customer engagement, with the ability to learn and apply commercial and strategic concepts quickly.
- Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset, adaptability, and willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Recent graduate or early-career professional, ideally with a degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, presentation software); familiarity with basic marketing or CRM tools is an advantage.
- Demonstrated interest in professional development and long-term career growth within a customer-focused, results-oriented organization.
