Sterling is looking for ambitious individuals to join our Leeds team as Graduate Management Trainees, with positions available for an immediate start.
This is an entry-level opportunity for people looking to develop practical experience across business, management, leadership and entrepreneurship.
Please note: This is an immediate-start position and is not suitable for students graduating next year or candidates seeking a delayed start date.
The Opportunity
Our Graduate Management Programme provides practical experience across the core skills involved in managing people, driving performance and helping to grow a business.
- You'll develop a broad commercial and management skill set, with exposure to leadership, recruitment, training, planning, financial management, communication, customer acquisition and business performance.
- You'll begin by developing practical commercial experience within our customer acquisition campaigns, while building the communication, performance and people skills needed to progress.
- As you develop, you'll have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility, work alongside experienced managers and gain an understanding of what goes into building, managing and growing a successful team and operation.
- For those interested in management, business or entrepreneurship, the programme is designed to provide practical skills and experience that can be carried throughout your career.

- Confident and comfortable working with people
- Interested in business, management or entrepreneurship

No previous management experience is required. Experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, events, sport or other people-focused environments can be beneficial, but isn't essential.
