Graduate Marketing & Sales Assistant

Full-Time | On-Site | Entry-Level

Ready to take your first step into the world of marketing and sales?

We're looking for motivated graduates to join our team as Graduate Marketing & Sales Assistants. This is a hands-on, customer-facing opportunity where you'll gain practical experience representing clients through offline, face-to-face marketing and sales campaigns.

You'll work directly with customers, develop your sales and communication abilities, and gain an understanding of how customer acquisition campaigns are delivered in real-world environments.

No previous professional marketing or sales experience is required. We're interested in graduates who are enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Represent clients through offline, face-to-face marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Speak directly with customers to introduce and promote products or services.
  • Support customer acquisition and sales activities across different campaigns.
  • Build professional relationships with customers and provide a positive experience.
  • Develop practical skills in sales, communication, customer engagement, and client representation.
  • Work alongside other team members to meet campaign and individual objectives.
  • Learn how successful marketing and sales campaigns are planned and delivered.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for graduates who are:

  • Confident and professional when communicating with others.
  • Comfortable meeting and speaking with new people.
  • Motivated to learn and develop new skills.
  • Reliable, organised, and able to manage their responsibilities.
  • Positive and proactive in their approach to work.
  • Comfortable working in a target-focused, team environment.

A degree or equivalent qualification is welcomed, and previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, events, or promotions can be useful but is not essential.
