Graduate Marketing Assistant

Full-Time | On-Site | Entry-Level

Start Your Career in Traditional Marketing & Sales

Are you a graduate looking for a hands-on opportunity to build practical experience in marketing and sales?

We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Graduate Marketing Assistants. Our work specializes in traditional, offline marketing and face-to-face sales, giving you the opportunity to develop real-world experience through direct customer interaction and the delivery of sales and marketing campaigns.

For graduates, this role provides an opportunity to develop professional and corporate-ready skills that can be valuable across a range of future careers. You'll gain practical experience in communication, client representation, customer acquisition, sales, campaign management, teamwork, and professional relationship-building.

This is a customer-facing position rather than a digital marketing or office-based marketing role. You'll work directly with customers, represent our clients, and contribute to the delivery and management of face-to-face sales campaigns.

No previous sales or marketing experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Represent clients through offline, face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Engage directly with customers to introduce and promote products and services.
  • Support customer acquisition and sales activity across assigned campaigns.
  • Communicate campaign and product information clearly and professionally.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and deliver a strong customer experience.
  • Work towards individual and team campaign objectives.
  • Develop practical skills in sales, communication, customer engagement, and client representation.
  • Gain an understanding of how sales campaigns are organized, delivered, and managed.
  • Work alongside experienced team members to support the day-to-day running of campaigns.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
