Job Summary

The Graduate Marketing & Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting the ongoing marketing alignment between the company’s business segment with the needs, trends, and preferences of the assigned market.

  • Assists in developing and executing the activities that drive acquisition, growth, and retention for the UK.
  • This role will help define and implement tactics aligned with the business, markets, and sales to drive business opportunities, awareness, demand, and sales enablement.
  • The position covers local support in the UK, in close alignment with the WEU-CEE region, ensuring the top-down coordination and implementation of global, regional, and local initiatives and campaigns, with a particular focus on the UK.

Job Description

The position is part of the Regional Office Marketing & Communications WEU-CEE and is managed by the Regional Officer M&C.

  • Support in the consulting, development, and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns and marketing measures (for the business streams and eventually other Cross Business), and may be part of global/regional or local campaigns while ensuring performance and/or effectiveness.
  • Comprehensive definition of customer journeys, campaign objectives, media types, and design tools.
  • Assist in project management for the realization and implementation of parallel campaigns and exchanges for the purpose of cross-selling.
  • Continuous optimization of performance across all channels.
  • Key support contact for the business stream.
  • Operational support for the use of their effectiveness on the basis of the marketing budget.
  • Development of ideas and mediation between internal clients and the creative team.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and data analysts to segment and validate target groups and recommend channels to reach them.
  • Management and coordination of the procurement and production of all integrated campaign materials.
  • Create a content calendar/asset planning, manage content creation, and production across all channels as part of an integrated campaign.
  • Conduct post-integrated campaign analysis (including KPI reports), understand stakeholder feedback, and share insights for future integrated campaigns.
  • Development and implementation of measures to optimize campaigns.

What we expect of you?

  • University degree or comparable professional qualification in marketing.
  • 2-3 years of experience using marketing tools and assisting in the management of integrated marketing & communications campaigns with the involvement of internal and/or external agencies.
  • Demonstrated strong consulting skills and solid knowledge and experience in inbound and performance marketing and social media.
  • Familiarity with SEM, SEO, GEO, AI tools, and social media mechanisms.
  • Working knowledge in the creation of strategies for operational implementation, business performance, and planning processes, and the ability to effectively place future plans in the current context.
  • A networker with the ability to work in a complex organization across multiple hierarchical levels and as part of a team, as well as ensuring that key stakeholders are involved on an ongoing basis.
  • Distinct experience in the field of visualization of facts as well as the ability to think conceptually.
  • Strong awareness of meeting targets and campaign deadlines.
  • Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills.
  • High degree of creativity, communication skills, and assertiveness.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to successfully multitask.
  • Customer focus with the ability to persuade, engage, and build effective relationships with colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior management.
  • Independent and solution- and result-oriented way of working.
  • Familiarity with budget allocations and BI and analysis tools.
  • English language proficiency; other languages are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the TIC market is an advantage.
