About Forrow
Forrow is an AI, Quantum Security, Cybersecurity and Technology consultancy that simplifies and secures organisations across Fintech, Financial Services and Banking.
Trusted by clients including IMMO Capital and Octopus Group, Forrow delivers strategy, engineering and assurance services with measurable outcomes. Founded in 2022, we operate from London and Edinburgh, supporting clients both remotely and on site.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a practical, hands-on Graduate Marketing Executive to help build and run Forrow’s marketing function.
This role is designed for someone at the start of their marketing career, including recent graduates. Unlike many graduate roles, you won’t spend months observing from the sidelines. You’ll work directly with our founders and senior consultants from day one, helping to create content, support campaigns, organise conferences and grow the Forrow brand.
As our first dedicated marketing hire, you’ll have genuine responsibility, the opportunity to shape how our marketing function develops and grow within it.
About the role
Our marketing function currently spans:
- In-person conferences
- Email campaigns
- Thought leadership
- Website content
- Long and short-form video
- Podcasting
- Customer success stories
- Case studies
The function is supported by a market intelligence platform and Pipedrive CRM, with each member of the senior leadership team contributing technical knowledge and supporting content creation. We operate with a flat organisational structure, allowing decisions to be made quickly without unnecessary layers of management.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, comes to meetings prepared, communicates confidently, and is comfortable both giving and receiving constructive feedback. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work closely with founders, learn how consulting businesses grow, and build a long-term career in B2B technology marketing.
The role is fully remote. However, you’ll be expected to attend our quarterly company off-sites in London (typically 9:00am to 5:00pm) and support conferences throughout the UK, with occasional travel across Europe.
When attending conferences, we work together as a team to represent Forrow professionally and build relationships with prospective clients.
All approved business travel, accommodation and meals are fully funded by the company in accordance with our Travel and Expenses Policy.
What you’ll be doing
Working alongside the founders and senior consultants, you’ll gradually take ownership of many of our marketing activities, listed in the sections below.
Content Marketing
- Managing the Forrow LinkedIn company page
- Scheduling LinkedIn content for senior consultants
- Managing LinkedIn InMail campaigns
- Writing LinkedIn articles
- Producing customer success stories
- Creating case studies
- Updating website content
- Supporting thought leadership content

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
