About The Test Centre
The Test Centre is one of the UK's largest MOT-only testing companies, carrying out more than 80,000 MOT tests each year. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an ambitious graduate to join our marketing team and help shape how customers, employees and the media see our brand.
You'll report directly to our Founder and CEO and work closely with our Group Marketing Manager, giving you an exceptional opportunity to learn from experienced business and marketing leaders while gaining hands-on experience across PR, social media, content creation, video production, digital marketing and events.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Graduate Marketing & Communications Executive, you'll support a wide range of marketing and communications activities, including:
- Writing press releases, articles and company announcements
- Creating engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Filming, editing and publishing video content
- Managing website content and supporting SEO initiatives
- Assisting with Google Ads and digital marketing campaigns
- Building relationships with journalists, media contacts and local communities
- Organising events, sponsorships and promotional activities
- Creating photography, graphics and marketing materials
- Supporting recruitment marketing and employer branding projects
- Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve results

About You
We're looking for a creative, enthusiastic and confident graduate who is eager to build a career in marketing and communications.
Essential
- Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Media or a related subject
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Driving licence
