Tech Connect Group (TCG)

Tech Connect Group (TCG) is a specialist technical recruitment business working across Automotive, Motorsport, Aerospace, Defence and Clean Technology.

We're growing, have recently invested in our brand and website, and are now looking for our first dedicated marketing hire.

This is an opportunity for a Graduate / Junior Marketing Executive to work directly with our founders and take genuine ownership of TCG's marketing.

This is much more than a social media role. You'll work across four key areas, helping build our brand and create marketing activity that directly supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media & Content

    • Own TCG's LinkedIn and social media presence, including content planning and scheduling.
    • Create engaging content around our people, clients, sectors, vacancies, achievements and success stories.
    • Work with consultants and directors to turn industry insights and business activity into content.
  • Marketing, Brand & Digital

    • Create professional presentations, brochures, case studies, campaign assets and other marketing materials.
    • Manage and develop website content, supporting basic SEO and digital activity.
    • Help maintain a consistent and professional TCG brand across all communications.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
