Are you a recent marketing graduate looking for your first exciting role in a fast-paced business? Do you love social media, digital marketing, content creation and getting stuck into real projects that make a measurable impact?
At AIMS Accountants for Business, we're looking for a driven and ambitious Graduate Marketing Executive to help manage and grow our national and local marketing activity across the UK. You'll be working directly with our Head Office team, supporting almost 200 accountants nationwide and helping small businesses discover the value of working with AIMS.

AIMS is the UK's largest network of qualified accountants, supporting over 25,000 businesses across the country. Our marketing team plays a vital role in generating leads, building brand awareness and supporting local business development for our network. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing rather than being confined to a single channel.
The Role
As a Graduate Marketing Executive, you'll support both national and local marketing campaigns whilst developing your skills across digital marketing, content creation, lead generation and business development. You will gain exposure to:

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and create content for LinkedIn, Facebook and other social platforms
- Support the management of the AIMS Google estate, including SEO, PPC and Google Business Profiles
- Assist with planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns
- Help optimise website content and improve organic search performance
- Support franchisees with local marketing initiatives and business development activity
- Monitor campaign performance and produce marketing reports
- Research market trends, competitors and growth opportunities
- Assist with lead generation campaigns and nurturing marketing prospects
- Create engaging marketing collateral, blogs, newsletters and promotional materials
- Work closely with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to support business growth
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing or a related subject
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using social media professionally
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Analytical thinker who enjoys working with data and performance metrics
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Desirable
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
- Knowledge of SEO and Google Ads
- Experience managing social media accounts
- Understanding of email marketing platforms
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Experience creating content for business audiences
