About the Role
SH Financial is a growing international financial services and payments business. We are looking for a Graduate Marketing Executive to support and develop our marketing activity, digital presence, and brand.
This is an ideal opportunity for a recent Marketing graduate or postgraduate looking to start their career within the fintech industry.
Working closely with the senior commercial team, the role will focus primarily on LinkedIn, content, digital marketing, brand development, and campaigns, with some involvement in targeted outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop SH Financial's LinkedIn presence.
- Create and schedule engaging social media and marketing content.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and company communications.
- Help develop marketing materials, presentations, and product content.
- Support website content and maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor marketing.
- Track campaign and social media performance.
- Support marketing around product launches, events, and company announcements.
- Assist with selected LinkedIn outreach activity.
- Bring new ideas for improving SH Financial's brand and market presence.

About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds or is completing a degree/postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related subject.
- Has strong written and communication skills.
- Understands LinkedIn and social media.
- Has an interest in content, digital marketing, and brand development.
- Is creative, organized, and comfortable bringing forward new ideas.
- Has good attention to detail and a professional approach.
- Previous fintech or financial services experience is not required. Full training on our products and industry will be provided.

Development
This is a genuine graduate development opportunity with exposure to B2B marketing, digital campaigns, content, fintech, and financial services.
There will be scope for the successful candidate to take increasing ownership of SH Financial's marketing activities and progress into a wider Marketing Executive/Marketing Manager role.
Location: Liverpool / Hybrid. Candidates should ideally be based in Liverpool or within approximately 40 miles.
