Our Internship Programme

Programme Details
- Five-month fixed-term contract commencing November 2026
- Hybrid working with a minimum of three days per week in our London office (Wednesday is a core office day)
- To maximise the internship experience, interns are encouraged to spend four days per week in the office
- Recruitment and interviews will take place during October 2026
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for internship roles.
The Role
We are looking for a recent graduate who is passionate about social media, content creation, and brand marketing, and is eager to start a career in marketing. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting the planning, creation, and delivery of social media content and branded marketing materials across a range of channels.
You do not need extensive professional marketing experience. We are looking for someone who is creative, enthusiastic, organised, and keen to develop their skills in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and brand communications within a supportive and collaborative team.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with the creation and scheduling of engaging social media content across company channels.
- Support the development of branded marketing materials, including digital assets, presentations, brochures, and promotional content.
- Help maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing and communication materials.
- Create basic graphics and visual content using Canva or similar design tools.
- Monitor social media activity, engagement levels, and emerging trends.
- Assist with updating website content and ensuring brand consistency across digital platforms.
- Support marketing campaigns by preparing content, assets, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to help identify content opportunities and best practices.
- Assist with internal and external communications, including newsletters and marketing updates.
- Support the organisation and promotion of events and marketing activities through digital channels.
- Help track campaign performance and compile basic reports on social media and marketing activity.
- Provide general support to the wider marketing team and contribute to ad hoc projects as required.

What We’re Looking For
- A 2.1 degree in Marketing or a related subject.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and an eye for visual presentation.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms through academic, personal, voluntary, or professional projects.
- Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or other design and content creation tools.
- Understanding of measuring performance and analytics of major social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
- Understanding of branding principles and digital marketing.
