Graduate - Marketing & Logistics
Location: Stanlow Manufacturing Complex, Ellesmere Port
Employment Type: Site Based Full Time Role
Days: 5 days per week, Monday-Friday
Start Date: Autumn 2027 (2 Year Fixed Term)

About the Company
EET (Essar Energy Transition) vision is to be the leading producer of low carbon fuels and establish a blueprint energy transition hub in the North West. EET plays a major role in supplying the Northwest and the wider UK with essential fuels. We produce over 16% of the UK’s road transport fuels, supply key feedstocks to the petrochemical industry, and are investing heavily in low-carbon energy solutions.

About the Role
Be at the intersection of customers and operations! As a Graduate in our Marketing & Logistics team, you’ll support initiatives that streamline order fulfilment, enhance customer experience, and improve distribution efficiency, identify new business opportunities and assist with client outreach to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse supply chain and sales performance data to identify trends
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Preparing proposals and presentations
- Building relationships with potential clients and partners
- Supporting cross functional initiatives to drive revenue
- Support logistics optimisation and inventory planning projects
- Assist in process improvement workshops across sales & delivery teams
- Work closely with commercial teams to improve customer service outcomes

About You
Our ideal candidate will be a graduate in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related subject with at least a 2:1 Grading.
- Strong communication and data analysis skills
- A proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement
- Interest in operations, logistics, or customer success
