Graduate Marketing & Sales Executive

London | Full-Time | Immediate Start Available

Ready to turn your degree into real experience?

Moon Moments is recruiting on behalf of a growing London-based client for a Graduate Marketing & Sales Executive to join their expanding team in London.

This opportunity is designed for ambitious graduates who want to build practical experience in marketing, business development, sales, customer acquisition, and brand management. You'll work on live campaigns for nationally recognised charities, gaining hands-on experience that goes far beyond classroom learning.

Working across pop-up events, retail promotions, shopping centres, and branded brand activations, you'll learn how successful marketing campaigns are delivered face-to-face, how customer relationships are built, and how organisations grow through effective communication and brand representation.

Whether your degree is in Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sports, Events, or another discipline, this role provides structured training, ongoing mentoring, and a clear pathway to develop your commercial skills.

About the Role

As a Graduate Marketing & Sales Executive, you'll become part of a team responsible for planning, delivering, and representing live marketing campaigns on behalf of nationally recognised charities. Rather than sitting behind a desk, you'll gain first-hand experience interacting with customers, promoting charity campaigns, analysing campaign performance, and developing the communication and relationship-building skills that are essential within marketing and commercial business.

Every day offers the opportunity to strengthen your confidence, improve your presentation skills, and understand how successful customer acquisition and brand awareness campaigns operate in real-world environments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
