GRADUATE MARKETING TRAINEE

Learn to build brands from the ground up — no experience required. Relay Direct is a high-growth sales and marketing agency, running face-to-face campaigns for well-known brands. As a Graduate Marketing Trainee, you'll be out in the field from week one — talking to real customers, representing real brands, and learning how acquisition and brand positioning actually work in practice.
What you'll be doing
- Engaging customers face-to-face and representing client brands
- Learning how to position a brand and pitch it persuasively to different audiences
- Working across campaign management, team dynamics and public speaking as you progress
- Picking up the operational side of running a campaign — planning, reporting, results
- Getting hands-on coaching every step of the way, not just a manual to read

How you'll grow
You start at the grassroots, mastering the fundamentals of direct marketing and consumer acquisition. Hit your targets, and you move quickly into our leadership curriculum — campaign management, team leadership, and business operations. Progression is entirely performance-based: no seniority, no politics, just results.
What we're looking for
- A recent graduate, any discipline — Business, Marketing, History, Sports Science, Psychology, all welcome
- Someone who can turn a complex idea into a clear, persuasive conversation
- A competitive, resilient mindset — you treat setbacks as something to learn from
- 18+, with full and unrestricted right to work in the UK on a permanent basis
