What Are We Looking For?
As part of RSE’s Chemical Dosing Business, Chem Resist has an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to be based at our office in Dewsbury. You would be working with the existing Design Team, creating design solutions and managing customer interactions and relationships.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business in a specialist area of Engineering, working in a wide range of industries.
Some Of Your Key Duties Include
- Liaise with the internal Sales team to understand customer requirements, specifications, and project expectations.
- Obtain and review relevant Bills of Materials (BOMs), drawings, and technical information.
- Complete all relevant engineering designs, calculations, and technical documentation.
- Work closely with the in-house fabrication and manufacturing teams to ensure products are manufactured in accordance with approved designs and specifications.
- Act as a technical focal point for customer enquiries.
What Do You Need?
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Accurate work with excellent attention to detail.
- Good collaborative skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff (face to face, telephone and by remote video communications) to obtain technical information.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
