About the Job

Kent is looking for a Graduate Naval Architect Engineer to be based in London.

Are you looking for an opportunity to make a difference and engineer solutions that make not only the UK’s energy security stronger but actively impact the way in which the world drives towards a net zero future?

Our Naval Architecture teams across the UK operate globally in both the Offshore Wind and Oil & Gas markets working towards reducing carbon emissions. As a graduate in one of our locations, you will be contributing to a variety of technically challenging and exciting projects, from designing new offshore wind farms, substations and floating concept designs, to supporting our clients through the range of consultancy services we offer, including feasibility studies, concept and sizing, and life extensions.

If you’re passionate about making an impact and pushing boundaries, Kent is where you belong. We are a future-focused company, reimagining energy with ambition and innovation.

Our global graduate program offers hands-on experience, mentorship from industry leaders, and the opportunity to grow as part of a diverse and driven team. We’re building the next generation of leaders in engineering, science, and technology, and we want you to be a part of it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
