We’re growing at pace, challenging the status quo and building something genuinely different.
We Dare to Disrupt
By challenging traditional ways of working and looking for smarter ways to grow.
Now we’re looking for ambitious graduates to help us take our network even further. This isn’t a graduate programme where you’ll watch from the sidelines. From day one, you’ll be encouraged to Own it, take responsibility and make it happen.
If you’re commercially minded, love speaking to people and get excited by the idea of winning new business, this is your opportunity to make an impact from day one. You’ll need to build strong relationships, Champion the Customer and work collaboratively because at InPost, we Win together.
Why Join InPost:
Joining our Network Partnerships team means becoming part of the commercial engine behind one of Europe’s largest and fastest-growing technology-led parcel locker networks.
From your first few weeks, you’ll take ownership of your own portfolio of partners, learn how to identify new opportunities and help bring new locker locations to communities across the UK.
- You’ll Own it by taking responsibility for your portfolio, spotting opportunities and turning them into real partnerships.
- Every partnership you build has a visible impact. You’ll be able to walk down the high street and see lockers you’ve helped secure, knowing you’ve played a part in transforming how people receive their parcels.
- Alongside real responsibility, you’ll receive structured development, mentoring from experienced commercial leaders and a clear pathway into a permanent commercial, sales or account management career.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
