Location: Basildon (with occasional travel to London)

Are you interested in how businesses improve processes, deliver change and drive innovation? Join SS&C as a Graduate Operational Transformation Associate and gain hands-on experience supporting strategic transformation programmes across the business. Working mainly in our Basildon office you will work with stakeholders at all levels, contribute to major change initiatives, and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, AI and process improvement.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to develop a career in business transformation, project delivery, operational excellence or business change.

What you'll be doing

  • Support the delivery of transformation programmes and business initiatives.
  • Maintain programme and project plans and track key milestones.
  • Produce management information, reporting and programme documentation.
  • Support stakeholder communications and engagement activities.
  • Track programme benefits, resource planning and capacity management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

Eligibility

  • Graduated within the last two years, or due to graduate in 2026, with a minimum 2:2 degree in a relevant discipline.

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Interest in automation, AI and digital transformation.

Desirable skills

  • Experience with Power BI or data visualisation tools.
  • Exposure to project work, process improvement or business change.
  • Awareness of automation or AI technologies.

Your development

In your first 6-12 months, you'll support key initiatives including our Efficiency & Automation Programme and Offshoring Programme. As your confidence grows, you'll take on greater responsibility and have opportunities to develop skills in transformation, business analysis, automation and AI-enabled change.

Important to know

  • 37.5 hours per week (9:00am - 5:00pm)
  • Based in Basildon with occasional travel to London
  • We are unable to offer visa sponsorship
