We are now looking for a Graduate Operations Assistant to join our expanding Operations function, working closely with and reporting directly to our Operations Director.
This is an amazing opportunity for a recent graduate looking to kick-start their career in Operations, with hands-on exposure across HR, Talent Acquisition, Office Management, Administration, and Marketing. You will benefit from structured training, hands-on learning, and ongoing support, giving you the skills and confidence to progress within the business.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Operations Manager, Managing Director, and Founder with day-to-day business operations
- Internal Recruitment - reviewing applications, mapping, and headhunting talent from competitors to join us
- Assisting with administrative tasks, from handling KPI reporting to monthly performance reviews, expense reports, and much more
- Helping organise company events and socials
- Providing help with general office management - equipment audits, IT, etc.
- Supporting company branding on LinkedIn
- Contributing to continued growth of the business and our company culture
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is:
- Professional, dedicated, and eager to learn
- Highly organised
- Self-motivated whilst also being a strong team player
- Positive attitude
- Previous office-based experience is desirable but not essential
- Confident with technology

- £25,000-£28,000 starting salary DOE
- 22 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays, increasing with length of service

The process:
Should your CV be chosen hiring is a 2 stage process
- If your CV meets our requirements, you will be invited for an introductory call over Zoom with the Operations Director
- If the conversation goes well and you seem like a fit, there will also be an in-person interview to meet the team
