Graduate Operations & Business Support

Want a role where you can actually make a difference?

If you're a high-energy, commercially minded graduate who loves being busy, enjoys speaking to people and wants more than a traditional 9–5 admin role, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Our Client is a growing specialist recruitment business focused exclusively on the Food & Drink Manufacturing industry. They work with some of the UK's leading food and drink businesses across areas including Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Commercial, Technical and HR. Their approach is simple: speed, honesty and fun, creating a recruitment service that is as enjoyable as it is effective.

They're now looking for an ambitious Operations professional to join the team and take ownership of the day-to-day running of the business.

This isn't a role where you'll simply be ticking boxes and filing paperwork. You'll be at the heart of the business, working closely with the recruitment team, clients and candidates while helping improve processes, make the business more efficient and support its continued growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
