Sessions is building the operating model for the future of restaurants, giving consumers instant access to the brands they love, wherever they live. The Sessions distribution engine runs through 430+ delivery kitchens and 20 high street restaurants across the UK. Founded in 2020 and led by ex-Deliveroo MD Dan Warne, Sessions has grown 7x in three years. Our platform has processed over 5 million orders and reaches 60% of the UK population. Our team brings experience from Deliveroo, Amazon, BrewDog, and Gousto.

We scale brands at a pace that redefines what's possible in food. Examples include Miko's Gyros, which went from launch to 100+ live sites in under two months and SoBe Burger, which is live in over 200 delivery locations and has opened 15 physical high street stores.

  • We are Agile - Thrive in fast-pace. We sprint, adapt, and learn.
  • We are Ambitious - Contribute to something big. Watch your career grow bigger.
  • We are Fun - High performance, high fives. Join a team you'll love.
  • We are Data-Driven - Turn insights into action. We lead with evidence.
  • We have Initiative - Anticipate problems. Drive the solution.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will own the live experience of our 400+ restaurant partners — the part of Sessions our customers feel every single day. This is a junior role with outsized ownership, ideal for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who wants real responsibility in a start-up: you'll be on the front line with partners, spotting where the system fails them, and then building the tools, automations, and processes that fix it permanently - not just for one partner, but for all of them.

The role sits inside the Product & Tech team, and we expect you to bring a product mindset from day one: treat every inbound query as a signal, find the pattern behind it, and turn it into a roadmap item you help design and ship. You'll work hand-in-hand with our engineering and data teams, and you'll finish every quarter knowing more about how the platform works than you started.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Our partners are restaurants, so our platform is busiest in the evenings and at weekends - that's when things break and when the real pain points show. Truly understanding our customers means some of your hours will be irregular, and the right candidate will see that as the best part of the job, not a downside: it's where the insight comes from.

Sessions moves fast and has a strong commitment to quality experiences for food lovers. We need someone who shares that passion and wants to be measured on how much better they make things, not how many tickets they close.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Run the front line for our restaurant partners - owning queries end-to-end (including on the phone, so you'll need to be confident on a call), and turning recurring issues into permanent fixes rather than repeat work.
  • Own ‘outbound’ communications to Partners to support Sessions internal teams as they communicate important updates on everything from menu execution to tech updates.
  • Build an 11* customer experience: own the feedback loops that capture user pain, measure it, and make it disappear.
  • Manage onboarding end-to-end, supporting the Sales and Culinary teams on all new partner and brand launches.
  • Work closely with our technical teams to resolve issues in a coordinated manner, and design and implement technical improvements. This includes contribution to the Tech Roadmap.
  • Closely support the team lead on cross-functional projects and streamlining operational processes.
  • A little bit of everything! At Sessions we all wear many hats, which is part of the fun!

Disclaimer: This job description provides a summary of the main duties and responsibilities. It is not an exhaustive list, and the successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate flexibility and take on reasonable duties and projects not explicitly mentioned here as the needs of the business evolve.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree from a top university or equivalent, 2:1 or higher
  • An owner's mentality: when something is broken you feel responsible for fixing it properly, not just working around it.
  • Action-driven individual able with a strong work ethic who is willing to get stuck in
  • Ambitious with a drive to join a fast paced, high growth company
  • Well-rounded individual able and willing to flex to take ownership where necessary outside of their areas of core responsibility
  • A quick learner who wants to understand multiple areas of the business in detail
  • Interest in applying technical solutions to complicated problems
  • Charismatic and energetic with a passion for food
  • Expert level of English language
  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Experience within the hospitality industry preferable but not required
