Engineering Graduate Scheme
This programme is for engineering graduates who have a strong interest in applying their technical expertise within a dynamic, multi-discipline environment. This programme will offer you exposure to mechanical and electrical projects.
Criteria
To join our programmes, you must be studying for a relevant degree and be on course for or have achieved a grade 2.1 or above. Our graduate roles are based in Ballymena for Business and Engineering and London for Engineering, with travel required. You must be flexible and willing to travel and work between our sites across the UK and Northern Ireland.

Key Information
- You will be paid a competitive salary (£31,500) from day one and have access to a range of company benefits.
- Our programmes are 2 years in duration.
- All graduates have access to our mentoring scheme along with support from your line manager.
- Full training is given, along with access to a range of courses and workshops.
