About The Role

Opportunities Include
Teaching Assistants
- Supporting students in the classroom and helping them to achieve their potential
- Providing additional support to students who may have additional learning needs
- Working alongside teachers and other support staff
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Cover Supervisor
- Supervising classes in the absence of the usual teacher
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring students remain engaged
- Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Gaining valuable experience of working within a secondary school setting
Pastoral Support
- Supporting students with their wellbeing, attendance and engagement
- Building positive relationships with young people
- Working alongside pastoral teams, teachers and families
- Helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential
