The Company:

Originally established in 1985, PRC is a multidisciplinary team with extensive expertise in diverse project types particularly focussing on the commercial and industrial sectors. With our specialised experience and knowledge, we design innovative, purposeful spaces that are responsible, sustainable, and aligned with our clients’ objectives. PRC delivers results-driven designs by leveraging commercial awareness and expertise to create valuable assets for our clients.

The Role

We are looking for a creative and motivated individual to join our team. You will be involved in a range of projects, from initial concept design through to planning and delivery.

We are seeking applications from graduates or individuals with a minimum of three years PQE.

Skills, Ability and Competencies

  • Ability to liaise with clients, colleagues and the design team on project matters;
  • Demonstrate management & delivery of small/ medium projects and/ or multi discipline teams either as standalone project or as part of larger project day-to-day basis;
  • Demonstrate awareness of project timescales and manage workflow to meet set milestones;
  • Provide a point of consultant contact;
  • Able to maintain good client and project team relations;
  • Identify issues or problems at individual level;
  • Ability to self-check work and produce error free and technically considered information under intermittent supervision;
  • Demonstrate design flair with the ability to raise standards of design;
  • Demonstrate knowledge of UK Planning Policy & Building Regulation;

  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
