About Us
We are a growing boutique recruitment consultancy and are looking for an ambitious Resourcer to join the business and work directly with the founder. This is an excellent opportunity for a school leaver or recent graduate who is keen to build a career in recruitment and learn the fundamentals of the industry from the ground up.
Role Overview
In this role, you will be actively involved in searching for candidates, speaking with clients, and supporting the recruitment process from initial search through to placement. You will gain hands-on exposure to how a recruitment business operates, developing the confidence, commercial awareness, and communication skills needed to succeed in a fast-paced environment. The role will suit someone who is proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with the potential to grow into a management role as the company grows.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
