Graduate PBS Partner | £30,846 per year | Lincoln | Full-time, permanent | Up to two places*
Build your career in Positive Behaviour Support.
We are looking for up to two recent graduates to join our Graduate PBS Partner Scheme: a structured pathway into Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and behaviour analysis within specialist adult social care.
From day one you will work directly with adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, while developing skills in PBS, practice leadership, data analysis, reporting and service improvement.
Complete Year 1 and show the required potential, and we will fund your place on the University of Kent part-time distance MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis and Positive Behaviour Support. You will also begin supervised development against UK-SBA competencies, working towards UKBA (cert) certification and future Behaviour Analyst roles.
A deliberately different graduate pathway
The role brings together three areas:
- Direct Support – working alongside the individuals we support, throughout the programme
- PBS Practice Leadership – helping colleagues deliver consistent, person-centred PBS in practice
- PBS Data and Analysis – dedicated time in our PBS Data Partner function, turning information into insight

Your development
The PBS Director will be your named mentor, with a dedicated development meeting every month, plus internal PBS learning and selected external conferences and events.
Longer term, the pathway offers potential progression into Senior PBS Partner and Behaviour Analyst roles.
Who we are looking for
- Graduated within the last 24 months
- First or 2:1, ideally in Psychology, PBS, Behavioural Science or a related subject
- Genuine interest in learning disabilities, autism and PBS
- Strong analytical, written and communication skills
- Curiosity, professionalism and a willingness to learn
- Committed to working directly with the individuals we support
Experience in social care, direct support, learning disabilities or autism (employment, placements or volunteering) is particularly valuable.
