Our Internship Programme
At Alpha Bank London, interns don't spend five months on the sidelines.
Our paid internship programme is built around real business projects that support key priorities across the Bank. From day one, you'll take ownership of meaningful work, gain exposure to senior leaders and develop practical skills that will help launch your career.
As an intern, you'll benefit from:

Programme Details
- Five-month fixed-term contract commencing November 2026
- Hybrid working with a minimum of three days per week in our London office (Wednesday is a core office day). To maximise the internship experience, interns are encouraged to spend four days per week in the office.
- Recruitment and interviews will take place during October 2026
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for internship roles.

The Role

At Alpha Bank London, we are looking for a proactive and organised People & Culture Intern to join our People & Culture team and support the development of our early careers talent strategy.
This is a project-focused internship centred on building sustainable early careers pathways for Alpha Bank London. The role will support talent and skills mapping, explore career pathways and progression opportunities, and contribute to the design and implementation of our future Insights Programmes, Intern and Graduate Programmes.
What You’ll Do
- Support the development of early careers pipelines, including university and careers partnerships, attraction routes and candidate engagement.
- Map the skills associated with early careers roles and identify potential career pathways and progression opportunities.
- Actively support the development of ABL's Graduate Programme, from research and design through to recruitment and launch planning.
- Research how AI can be used to streamline processes and create efficiencies.
- Proactively contribute to employee engagement, culture and wellbeing projects.
- Support learning and development initiatives, workshops and training programmes.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview scheduling and candidate communications.
- Create presentations, guides, reports and project materials.
- Conduct research and benchmarking on HR and organisational development best practice.
- Support careers events, employer branding initiatives and future talent activities.
- Assist with employee surveys, feedback analysis and engagement campaigns.

What We’re Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a strong interest in Human Resources, talent, early careers, organisational development or project management.
- A degree or master's qualification in Human Resources is preferred.
- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Has excellent research, analytical and communication skills.
- Enjoys creating presentations, reports and professional documentation.
- Is confident working with stakeholders across different levels of an organisation.
- Demonstrates curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn.
- Has good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.
