At InPost, we’re redefining convenience. From smart lockers to industry-leading technology, we’re changing how millions of people send, collect, and receive parcels - and we’re doing it at speed. But our success isn’t just powered by technology. It’s powered by our people. That’s where our People & Culture team comes in.
As a Graduate People & Culture Partner, you’ll have the opportunity to experience the breadth of People & Culture while developing the commercial, relationship, and problem-solving skills you need to build a successful career in HR business partnering.
If you’re curious about people, fascinated by how businesses grow, and excited by the opportunity to influence the employee experience, this graduate programme could be for you.
Why join InPost?
Over our two-year graduate programme, you'll rotate across five People & Culture specialisms, including HR Shared Services, Business Partnering, Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, Organisational Development, and Internal Communications. Each rotation offers something different, helping you discover what excites you most while building the skills, confidence, and experience to launch your HR career. You'll be encouraged to Own it by taking responsibility for your development, Dare to Disrupt by questioning how things can be done better, and make it happen by turning ideas into action.
What you’ll be doing:
No two days are the same.
One day you could be coordinating a business-wide engagement initiative. The next, you might be using AI to improve an HR process, supporting a change project, or working with senior stakeholders to solve a people challenge.
You will:
- Get involved in People & Culture projects from planning through to delivery.
- Support People & Culture Business Partners with workforce planning, employee relations, and people-related business challenges.
- Use people data and business insight to help identify trends, understand workforce needs, and support informed decision-making.
- Build an understanding of the business, its people, and its priorities so you can provide effective People & Culture support to stakeholders.
- Coordinate and support initiatives that create a brilliant colleague experience.
- Help improve HR processes by embracing technology and AI, while developing your understanding of how People & Culture can work smarter.
- Gain hands-on experience supporting business partnering, stakeholder management, and people-related business challenges.
- Support HR policy reviews and business integration projects, adapting quickly, and helping to Make it Happen when priorities change.
- Provide coordination and project support while learning how every team contributes to the business, because at InPost We Win Together.
- Develop the confidence to manage projects, solve problems, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Organise your own workload, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of your work without needing close supervision.
- Love building relationships and working with people, while having the confidence to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy.
- Most importantly, you’ll be encouraged to bring your ideas, ask questions, and challenge the status quo.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
