Start Your Career in Ecommerce Growth
Are you analytical, commercially curious, and excited by AI, data, and digital marketing? We're looking for an ambitious Graduate Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team and help drive customer acquisition across two of the UK's leading online flower brands – Appleyard London and Blossoming Gifts.
This isn't your typical graduate role.
From day one, you'll work directly with our Head of Marketing and Managing Director, gaining hands-on experience managing over £500,000 of annual media spend across Google and Meta while learning how a fast-growing ecommerce business makes commercial decisions.
If you're looking for a role where you'll learn quickly, take on real responsibility, and accelerate your career, we'd love to hear from you.
About Us
Ecomnova is the business behind Appleyard London and Blossoming Gifts. We're an ambitious ecommerce retailer with exciting growth plans, investing heavily in AI, customer acquisition, CRM, and technology to become one of the UK's leading online gifting businesses.
Performance marketing sits at the heart of our growth strategy.
The Role
You'll work alongside our Performance Marketing team to support the day-to-day management of our paid media channels while learning how to grow profitable ecommerce businesses.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
