Position: Graduate PMO Consultant
Location: Essex, UK
Starting salary: £28,900
Application Requirements:
- Have achieved a 2:1 undergraduate degree in any subject
- Right to work in the UK unsponsored for the duration of the programme
- Ability to be on site 5 days a week

As a Graduate PMO Consultant, you’ll gain hands-on experience at the heart of a complex organisational change initiative - the kind that shapes how services such as housing, community support, and local operations are designed and delivered.

What You’ll Do as a PMO Consultant
- Governance & Process: Maintaining frameworks and standards for project delivery
- Planning & Control: Updating project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Budgeting & Business Cases: Tracking budgets and supporting business case development
- Risk Management: Managing RAID logs and mitigating delivery risks
- Reporting & Quality Assurance: Producing performance reports and ensuring high standards
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinating meetings and building strong relationships

What Makes a Great Grayce Consultant?
Education:
- A minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline
Technical Knowledge:
- Awareness of project methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is a plus
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
