Scope of the Role
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious graduate to join our Procurement team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain exposure to commercial procurement, contract management, supplier engagement, and business operations within a growing organisation.
This is a varied and high-impact role. Working closely with the Global Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in improving contract visibility, supporting procurement governance, maintaining accurate contract records, and helping identify cost-saving opportunities across the business. The role offers direct exposure to senior stakeholders, commercial negotiations, and strategic procurement activities.

As a Procurement Analyst, you will:
- Gather, review, and validate supplier contracts and supporting documentation from stakeholders across the business.
- Maintain accurate and complete records within the internal contract repository. Tracking contract renewal dates and ensure procurement records remain current and up to date.
- Prepare procurement reports, contract status updates, and management information for key stakeholders.
- Support the consolidation of contracts into the central ITRS procurement process.
- Identify opportunities to rationalise supplier contracts and reduce unnecessary expenditure.
- Analysing contract and supplier data to identify cost-saving opportunities and support OPEX reduction initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Procurement Manager to implement governance, compliance, and due diligence requirements within procurement processes.
- Build relationships with contract owners and business stakeholders to improve visibility and governance.
- Assist with supplier reviews, contract renewals, and commercial negotiations.
Qualifications:
- A recent graduate with a strong academic record and an interest in technology, looking to start your professional career. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), ideally a 2:1 or above or an early career professional with experience in technology, business, finance, or a related field, who is looking to further develop a career within the software industry.
- With additional experience in:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tooling.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

- Keen interest in AI, commercial management, procurement, or contract administration.
- Experience working with data, reporting tools, or business systems.
- Knowledge of procurement or contract management practices.
